wonderful getaway!

warm welcome clean room central location

the staff offered a warm welcome. the room was super clean and cozy, a perfect blend. breakfast was delicious and offered good value for money! i appreciated the central location near various attractions.

I noticed the bathroom lacked adequate heating, a bit inconvenient. A small heater would be helpful.

secure car park cute staff great location

i appreciated the secure car park. the staff was very cute. they offered an upgrade to the heart of oak room (it was fine!). the location is great for access to the city centre. i will return for sure.

the reception was not very cute because it is located across the road. the gluten-free bread was not vegan. vegan sausages were not gluten-free. food options were limited.

The location was very central! it made getting around super easy. the staff were friendly. Amy greeted me, and that was a great start to my stay!

the room i stayed in was really beautiful! it was one of the nicest rooms i have ever stayed in. the location was great, only a few minutes walk from the marina and wind street. the bar area had a really nice vibe. breakfast included a range of options for hot food.

the reception area wasn't cute because the reception is over the road. i found this to be a real hassle. also, i found the pillows weren't ironed, which i thought was poor for the price. the price point should mean more attention to detail.

The breakfast included attentive service. the room named standard double room was stylish. it features comfortable furniture. i enjoyed the provided coffee machine in the room. the bathroom had molton brown toiletries. It added a luxurious touch. staff promptly carried my bags from the check-in area to my room.

i noticed some noise from the street at night, made sleeping difficult.

my room was clean and beautifully decorated. the bathroom was great, and i ESPECIALLY loved the toiletries provided. the staff were attentive.
